Privacy Policy

Our full Privacy Statement is being prepared by counsel and will be published here before general release. The summary below describes what we actually collect today.

What we collect

• Your email address and password — held by Firebase Authentication so you can sign in.
• Your consent record — whether you confirmed you are 18 or older, accepted these documents, and whether you opted in to product emails, each with the time it happened and the version you were shown.
• Your access record — whether you purchased Early Access or claimed a free-weekend trial, and when that trial expires.
• How you found us — if you arrived from a PAX card or booth code, we record which one, so we know what worked.
• Payment — handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Marketing email

We only email you product updates if you explicitly opted in. That choice is recorded with a timestamp, and you can withdraw it at any time by contacting us. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Game data

Characters, worlds, and story state generated while playing are stored separately from your account record and, during Early Access, are periodically reset along with the test worlds they belong to.

Your data

To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account, email accounts@reavers.io. A self-serve deletion flow is in development.
